I had a bad fall. I went on the web and did some research on stairlift companies. I had three people come out and I thought Bruno was the best. The people who came to the house were on time and neat, and they did what they were supposed to do.

I also went to a store in Raleigh and they had a small demonstration model so I got to see it and try it. That store display and the overall experience was what convinced me to buy Bruno. I got a straight inside stairlift and the price was reasonable. The installers were great too. They were friendly and helpful. They demonstrated the unit, had me try it and explained various things. Overall, I'm satisfied with Bruno.
